Mindfulness for Healing and Resilience
A compassionate space to honor your grief, embrace your emotions, care for your heart, and gently rediscover moments of peace and joy.
Welcome
If you’ve found your way to this space, you might be navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s grief, overwhelming stress, or simply wanting to feel more present and connected in your daily life. Whatever brought you here, this is a safe place to land—one where your story matters, your feelings are honored, and you are truly seen.
Mindfulness has been a guiding force for my children and me, even before the loss of my husband and their father. When grief entered our world, that foundation became a lifeline—a way to find moments of calm through the chaos and process overwhelming emotions, one deep breath at a time.
My hope is that this space offers you comfort, inspiration, and a sense of possibility. Grief and healing are deeply personal experiences, and wherever you are on your path, I’m here to walk beside you with love and empathy.
I’m grateful that you’re here.
How I Can Support You.
Grief from loss, change, or transition can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. In our work together, I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can process your emotions at your own pace, without pressure to “fix” anything.
Mindfulness has been a powerful part of my healing, and I’ll guide you in using it to stay present with your emotions—softening the pain and helping you hold on to hope. Through practical mindfulness techniques, you’ll learn to manage heavy feelings, cultivate self-compassion, and gradually build emotional strength. I meet you where you are, honoring your experience and what you need right now.
Healing isn't about moving on—it's about finding ways to carry your grief while still finding joy. Whether you choose 1:1 support or join a group session, you deserve the time and room to process, reflect, and take the next step forward.

Grief is forever, but together we can find ways to carry it with love and care.
You may feel alone, but you don’t have to be. No matter where you are on your grief journey; there are options to support you—whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking for ways to deepen your practice.
I invite you to take a look around and explore the tools, practices, and support that resonate with you. Maybe it’s a journal prompt, a mindful healing circle, or a tailored program to fit your needs—there’s certainly something here for you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to grief—any path is a path forward. When you’re ready, I’ll be here to take that next step with you.
